“Chainaya lozhka” (Russian for ‘teaspoon’) is a tea-house network, that focuses on traditional Russian cuisine, yet meets international standards for fast food.

Tea-house itself is decorated in bright modern Russian style, which creates an atmosphere of comfort and cheerfulness. Everything, from the menu and design of the hall, to form and special vocabulary, is based on national traditions, but refocused for a contemporary market.

“Chainaya lozhka” utilizes a serving scheme which is similar to the “open kitchen” technology: passing along the distribution line, the visitors can watch the cooking process of pancakes and can opt for their favorite stuffing, and select their salads and tea.
